Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions An administration fee of $30.00 or 10% (whichever is the greater) of the total booking will be charged on all cancelled bookings. A full refund (less the administration fee) will be given on all bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to the commencement of the booking. 30-7 days 50% of the total value of the booking will be refunded. Cancellations or No show of less than 7 days we regret are unable to be refunded. No refunds will be given on early departure. Cabins are to be left in a clean and tidy manner and include the washing of all dishes or a cleaning fee will apply and a deduction made from credit card details provided or an account will be sent.
