Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
Please check in at office on arrival.
Units and sites must be vacated by 10:00am on day of departure or an extra days fee will be charged.
If the booking is canceled more than 7 days prior to the commencement of the booking the cancellation fee is 20% of the deposit paid.
If the booking is canceled 7 days or less prior to the commencement of the booking the cancellation fee is 100% of the total deposit paid.
No responsibility of any kind can be accepted for any loss or dmage occasioned by any means whatsoever whilst in the resort.
The operator does not accept liability for bookings not recorded. In such occurence all deposits paid will be refunded.
NO REFUNDS for early departures or other cancellations.
Bicycles skateboards scooters and inline skates are all prohibited within the complex grounds.
