Directions: The Phillip Island Tourist Road comes down the hill into San Remo. Pass the car wash and turn left at the pizza shop, where the service road begins. This is Back Beach Road. Pelicans Motel San Remo is 150 metres along Back Beach Road on your right. Our sign is visible from the corner.

If you are already on Phillip Island, come back over the bridge and take the second opening to the Right, this is Back Beach Road.

Our Opening Hours are 8.00am until 9.00pm 7 days a week.

SPECIAL EVENTS BOOKING CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY. All reservations made for stays over Special Event Periods will be subject to the Special Events Cancellation Policy. • Special Event Periods include but are not limited to Christmas New Year Phillip Island Moto GP V8 Supercars and World Superbikes events. • Guests will be informed that the period they have requested is a Special Event Period and that the Special Events Cancellation Policy applies at the time of reservation. • All reservations require a minimum deposit of 50% of the total tariff at the time of booking. • The full balance of the reservation is required not less than 14 days before the commencement of the booking or the booking will be automatically cancelled. • If a reservation is cancelled automatically or by the guest the deposit will be refunded if the property is rebooked for the same dates at the same or greater tariff or at the discretion of the operator. • A $50 administration fee will be retained by the Bass Coast Information Centre out of all refunds issued. STANDARD BOOKING CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY. • This policy applies to all reservations not subject to the Special Events Cancellation Policy. • A booking deposit of 50% of the total booking or the first nights tariff whichever is greater is required to confirm reservations made more than 7 days before the date of arrival. • Reservations made within 7 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking. • Cheques and money orders will only be accepted if there is sufficient time for postage and clearing. • If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days prior to the booked arrival date monies received will be refunded less $20 administration fee. • If the booking is cancelled 21 days or less prior to the booked arrival date a refund (less $20.00) will only be made if the room is re-let at same tariff for the same nights.
