The Grape Escape cottage offers an open plan living and kitchen area with 3 bedrooms one with a semi-ensuite. Beds are one queen, one double and a single. There is one bathroom and two toilets. Comfort assured with a reverse-cycle airconditioner. A wood fire warms up winter and wood is available for $10 per night. Reverse cycle air conditioner also keeps things at the right temperature. The kitchen is really well equipped with little extras like a coffee plunger and toasted sandwich maker. The leather lounge, Loewe TV, DVD/VHS player and i pod speakers - as well as a selection of games, books and movies keep you entertained. Outdoor living is easy either under the covered front verandah or within the safely fenced backyard, overlooking fruit trees. There is a front open carport and "out of sight" off street parking within the fenced backyard. Minimum stay is 2 nights. 1 week minimum preferred from Christmas Day to January long weekend.
This is a no smoking premises. Pets welcome to stay outside only, by arrangement. No bikes inside.
The house is fully self contained and cosy - being on a corner block is very private with the retired next door neighbours only in residence once a month during the week!
This is a great location, a few steps from the beach, short walk or even shorter (2mins) drive to main street and about 10 mins drive to the penguins etc. There's a milk bar just metres away too so you can stay away from the main street if you like.
The owners love staying in this house as much as you will - so very detail is taken care of.
Linen can be hired at a cost of $15 per bed, which includes one bath towel per person.

Directions: Cross the bridge onto Phillip Island, follow the main road through to the township of Cowes. At Settlement Road (2nd roundabout), turn left. Turn right down McKenzie Road (3rd road along), then left down Malay St. The Grape Escape is the last house on the left at the T junction of Kedah Road |

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
The person making the booking must be one of the people staying. Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation - 9 Kedah Road Cowes - will be emailed to client upon booking. Bond of $150 or $200 for sporting events and New Years Eve.
Payment of the rental deposit (up to 50% of total amount) bond or full amount constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
