This delightful cottage was orginally built in 1860 and has been renovated in a way to maintain its unique charm. Just 2 minutes walk to a lovely bay side beach in Newhaven, this is a great spot to base yourself during your stay at Phillip Island. It is pet friendly with an high fenced enclosed yard.

Directions: When travelling over the bridge from San Remo, get into the right hand turning lane, take the first turn on the right into Forrest Avenue, follow around the coast. Turn left into School Ave and right into McNair St. It is the last property on the right. This will take approx 4 minutes from the main road.

Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy

All reservations require a minimum 50% deposit at the time of booking. The full balance of the reservation is required not less than 30 days before the commencement of the booking or the booking may be cancelled. If a reservation is cancelled the deposit or full payment will be refunded if the property is rebooked for the same dates at the same or greater tariff or at the discretion of the operator. A $50 administration fee will be retained by the Phillip Island Information Centre out of all refunds issued.
